Well, personally I have only seen a deer once when I was driving back to my parent’s house in Burlington, Vermont, but I have never faced a moose in my entire life however I’m hoping for it. Moose make up largest portion of the deer family in North America. Female moose weigh approximately around 750 to 1350 pounds depending on their food supply, and male moose weigh somewhere around 1100 to 1700 pounds. Moose have long, thick, light brown to dark fur with concave hair helping them to stay warm when it’s cold. They have long front legs, and shorter rear legs in order for them to jump over trees or things in their ways. Moose have a long skull, a large nose with big an upper lip, small ears, large nostrils, and a small tail.
